Who actually owns the website?
You do. Once the final invoice is settled, the custom code, the assets, and the entire digital property belong to your business 100%. If you ever decide to move away from my hosting, I will hand over all your files without hesitation or hidden exit fees.
Do you write the words, or do I?
I handle the heavy lifting. I'll ask you a few targeted questions about your services, your ideal clients, and your background. From there, I write professional, SEO-optimized copy designed to convert visitors into leads. You will, of course, have full approval before we launch.
How long does a build usually take?
Because I don't use slow drag-and-drop builders, my workflow is incredibly streamlined. A standard "Professional" package typically goes from initial handshake to live launch in about 2 to 3 weeks, assuming we have all the necessary photos and approvals.
What happens if my site breaks?
Since your site is a hand-coded, static Progressive Web App hosted on an enterprise network, it is virtually impossible to "break" or be hacked. However, if you are on the Growth Partner retainer, I monitor the site 24/7. If anything ever looks out of place, I fix it immediately.
How is payment structured?
To keep things simple and transparent, I operate on a standard 50/50 milestone basis. A 50% deposit secures your build slot in my schedule and covers the initial architecture. The final 50% is only invoiced once the site is completely built, approved by you, and ready to launch. Payments are made via standard bank transfer (BACS). For the optional monthly Growth Partner retainer, we set up a simple, automated Direct Debit.
